How do I place an order for a document or service?

Visit our shop and simply select the item you want and the quantity. Once your order has been processed you will receive a receipt # (or order #) you will need to include that number when submitting your info for your job. 

How do I know what information I need to submit for my job?

Visit our page "Submit Info". Find your item in the list and submit all of the info from the checklist for your job. Feel free to email us directly or use our Information Submission form. 

How long have you been editing and making documents?

We have over 15 years of professional document editing experience. There's nothing that we can't do.

Can I pay a deposit of half first to see the quality of the work?

We offer a real and legit service. Although most of our jobs require payment upfront there are only few occasions where we may collect a deposit of half (Typically larger jobs and packages) We encourage you to visit our Shop to see samples of our ACTUAL work. We strive to make sure that our clients get everything they need so that they will return to us for future services.

Do you offer any deals or referral discounts?

Yes! We offer regular promotions and referral discounts. If you bring us a client who makes a purchase. Let us know you sent them and have them confirm it and get 30% off your next order.

What if I need an item that's not listed on your website?
